- Provides free access to sterile injection supplies, as well as free, safe disposal of used syringes. * Offers naloxone (Narcan) training, safety planning, and risk reduction counseling. * Linkage services (short-term case management) to HIV, Hepatitis C (HCV), and STI testing, as well as help accessing care, substance use treatment, and social services.
