Complete program application for Residency, turn in and an interview with program staff will be scheduled to determine eligibility.

Provides a safe, supportive home for runaway or homeless youth ages 16 to 21. The program helps young people build life skills, gain confidence, and prepare for independence through case management, education and career planning, counseling, and recreational activities. Participants learn essential skills for self-sufficient living, including decision-making, money management, and independent living. TTLP is free, and all youth apply for temporary assistance through DSS. Eligible youth include males and females, including pregnant and parenting youth, who meet the HUD definition of homelessness.
