The CHAMP Helpline is a free and confidential resource for New York State providers and consumers seeking assistance with accessing substance use disorder and/or mental healthcare insurance benefits. Helpline representatives assist callers with a range of issues regarding access to substance use disorder and mental healthcare issues, including helping ensure fair reimbursement of mental healthcare and substance use disorder services and fighting insurance denials of care.
