Eligibility

Delivered Meals: 60 years or older and homebound, or under 60, disabled, enrolled in managed long-term care, and approved by their managed long-term care insurance provider. Congregate Meals: 60 years or older, or under 60, disabled, and approved by their managed long-term care insurance provider.

Hours

Intake: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm. Home Delivered Meals: Monday-Friday, 10:30am-12:30pm depends on location. Congregate Meals: Monday-Friday 11am-12:30pm, depends on location.

Reservations are preferred for congregate meal sites and should be made 24 hours in advance. Home delivered meals require a NY Connects intake and assessment; please call 716-373-8032 to initiate.
