Offers a wide range of licensing, records, and informational services to town residents. Licensing and permits include marriage licenses, and dog licenses. Maintains town records as well as birth and death certificates. Prepares and collects property taxes for residents of the Town of Benson from January through April 1st. After April 1st all paperwork goes to the Hamilton County Treasurer's Office.
