Description
Serving seriously ill people and their families, The Community Hospice offers support and care for persons in the final stages of life. Compassionate services that respect the dignity of those served are provided at-home, in a hospital or in a nursing home setting where hospice staff collaborate with the facility staff to enhance the quality of life for the patient/resident.
