Provides comprehensive vocational and educational services to low-income adults who are transitioning from welfare to work, entering the job market for the first time, re-entering the job market, and/or working but seeking additional skill training. Offers a variety of workshops including computer training, vocational counseling, employment readiness, Continuing Adult Education Classes, English as a Second Language, job placement services and information and referral.
