Offers a variety of programs designed for older adults to help promote and maintain health and wellness. Programs include: - Tai Chi for Arthritis - Moving for Better Balance - Stepping On: Falls Prevention Program - Living Healthy Programs, which specialize in programs for managing Diabetes and Chronic Pain - Healthy Bones - Powerful Tools for Caregivers, which includes training, support groups, and counseling Additional services include: Home Safety Assessments and hospital to home assistance with a certified Care Transition Coach.
