Offers foster care recruitment and placement for individuals, couples or families interested in foster care. Pre-service parenting classes are provided inorder to better prepare foster parents with issues such as abuse and neglect, abandonment, discipline, etc. Also offers additional support to those who become foster parents.

A provider of therapeutic foster care services for children who have been abuse and neglected, and have emotional and behavioral problems. Also offers foster care recruitment and training to provide safe, stable and loving families for the children in their care. Partners with the Children’s Health Home of Upstate New York (CHHUNY) on its Health Homes Serving Children initiative – providing Medicaid-funded family-driven care management for eligible children who have experienced complex trauma, or who must deal with physical and/or behavioral health issues.
