Fees
For custody investigations and DWI: probationers must pay a monthly supervision fee. Electronic home monitoring: probationers pay a fee for the service.
Service area
Ontario County, New York
  • Provides programs to help juvenile delinquents such as the PINS (Persons in Need of Supervision) Program.* Provides intake access to the courts for the public seeking resolution of matters concerning custody and visitation, and conducts investigations relative to custody and visitation matters.* Prepares family offense petitions which domestic violence victims take to Family Court.* Provides community service sentencing, pre-trial release services, enhanced with electronic home monitoring, as well as strengthening relations with Drug Court and Restorative Justice Planning.
