Description
Responsible for investigating complaints about physicians, physician assistants, and specialist assistants. Monitors practitioners who have been placed on probation. Staffs the Board for Professional Medical Misconduct, whose members adjudicate cases and develop policy and direction regarding medical misconduct issues.
