Wesley Health Care Center has committed one of our units to residents in the two earlier stages of chronic dementia. By providing a therapeutic environment to sustain a resident with a dementia diagnosis, these folks benefit from proactive programming designed to keep them stimulated and alert through all aspects of life as their ability allows.

The Wesley Community is a continuum of care community, providing services and programs to the meet the individualized needs of the elderly, active seniors and adults. It offers independent and assistive living, affordable senior housing, adult day services, short-term rehabilitaion, outpatient therapies and long-term nursing care.
