Application process
Call for an appointment or walk in. Staff will assist clients with documentation needed to receive services.
Fees
Bills all insurances, including Medicaid and Child Health Plus. Payment plans and sliding fee scale are available to those who qualify.

Provides affordable medical, dental, behavioral health, physical and pediatric occupational therapy, chiropractic, rheumatology, podiatry, and insurance enrollment services.
Also provides reproductive services including contraceptives, birth control, pregnancy testing, education, counseling, Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) testing and treatment, Women’s Health breast exams, pelvic exams, and cervical cancer screening (pap smear), testing and treatment for yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, HIV testing, and HPV vaccination services regardless of sexual orientation/preference, ability to pay, or race.
