Provides professional support, education, information and resources to bereaved in the community via support groups for adults, children and teens. Memorial services, referrals, community education counseling and community crisis intervention are also provided.

COMMUNITY HOSPICE

Provides a comprehensive health care program for people with any advanced illness and their families. Promotes quality of life with comfort focused care under the direction of the patient's primary care physician provided by an interdisciplinary team, and caregiver instruction and support. Offers grief programs and services that are open to the entire community.
