Abstinent, willing to follow rules and regulations, willing to contribute to daily house responsibilities.

M-F 9:00AM-4:00PM. Please leave voice message if no one answers the phone. Calls will be returned by next business day.
Application process
Once an application is received, usually by fax, the applicant is screened over the phone or in person. Applicant will meet/correspond over phone with the intake coordinator to determine eligibility, including funding sources (e.g. SSI, SSD, DSS, self-pay). Please note there is likely to be a wait list for placement.
Fees
SSI, SSD, DSS, self-pay. No insurance accepted. Call for information.
