SHORT-TERM CRISIS STABILIZATION | NORTHERN RIVERS FAMILY OF SERVICES

Provides community residence for children ages 5 to 12 years who are experiencing a situational crisis and have a mental health diagnosis at the time of admission. Offers out-of-home placement for up to three weeks to avoid psychiatric hospitalization.

Short-term overnight mental health crisis services for youth ages 5-17 designed to help stabilize crises and develop plans for long-term success.
