High school students who have been identified by their local school district's Committee of Special Education (CSE) as emotionally disturbed.

M-F 8:00AM-4:00PM.

Application process

Referrals are made through local school district's CSE.

Tuition is paid by local school districts.

  • Offers specialized education for students with emotional, psychosocial, or behavioral needs through the Avalon School. Special education teachers and social workers. Students may return to their home schools or they may graduate from Avalon with complete credits.
