Call to determine OPWDD eligibility first. Must live in Cattaraugus or Allegany County.
Transition Services: Youth and young adults ages 14-25 with developmental disabilities.
Recreational Dance Program: Individuals 12 and older with developmental disabilities.

- Assists individuals and their families to obtain OPWDD eligibility.
- Provides transition services to young adults in the areas of independent living skills, higher education, and employment readiness skills.
- Provides community habilitation and transportation services for OPWDD eligible individuals.
- Offers a recreational dance program.
