Application process

Call to schedule an appointment. New patients welcome. Pregnancy testing available by walk-in. Phones answered Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-6pm; Friday, 8:30am-4:15pm.

Fees

Accepts most insurances including Medicaid and Medicare; uninsured patients are eligible to apply for sliding fee scale discounts based on income and number of household members. Information and counseling are free.

Description

Federally Qualified Health Center offering OB/GYN, social work, and nutritional counseling. Serves all populations with special focuses on the medically under-insured, uninsured, and those experiencing homelessness. Also provides free walk-in pregnancy testing, onsite lab, ultrasound, STD testing, health education/groups, blood pressure screening, transportation, and referral assistance. Provides transportation assistance to help clients get to appointments and referral assistance. ##REENTRY##
