Provides sub-acute, short-term rehabilitation services in a comfortable, home-like setting. Provides inpatient care for individuals recovering after hospitalization from a stroke, surgery, hip fracture, joint replacement, or recent illness. Staff provide individual care to help patients achieve maximum independence and quality of life.
