Provides financial assistance to kidney patients and education to those with and at risk for kidney disease. Programs address all stages of kidney health, including kidney disease awareness and prevention community outreach to individuals at high risk for kidney disease and treatment related support for those requiring renal dialysis and transplantation. Also advocates for patients' access to health information and education to quality care, including treatment choices and to affordable medication and health insurance coverage.

Provides financial assistance to needy kidney patients, transplant recipients and donors to help cover the cost of treatment, medication, transportation, emergency transient dialysis, medical equipment, etc. Also provides free brochures, health fair kits to community groups, and promotes organ donation.
