Assists participants of NYS Long Term Care (MLTC) Fully Integrated Duals Advantage (FIDA) and Long Term Support Services (LISS) in managed care programs. Services include training and education, information and advice to caregivers and advocates, advocacy, and legal representation.

Provides legal assistance in civil (non-criminal) matters to low income persons who meet income guidelines. Concentrates on cases of public assistance, food stamps, Medicaid, Social Security, homelessness, evictions, foreclosures, poor housing conditions and disability issues.
