Application process
Provides appointments that do not require a medical exam. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork. Childcare services not provided. Please make childcare arrangements; only infants and toddlers in a car seat. Fees
Patients may qualify for a state program that can help pay for their health care. Planned Parenthood of Central & Western New York may be able to help clients enroll in a plan that works for them. Medicaid and most insurances accepted. Uninsured individuals may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale; for documents needed please contact the Health Center. The following forms of payment are also accepted: cash, checks, major credit/debit cards, and money orders. Fees for services are based on household income; bring proof of income. Payment is expected at time of service; payment plans are available for many services.

Offers Abortion Care, Birth Control, Breast Exams, Colposcopy, Emergency Contraception, GYN Care, Gender Affirming Hormone Care, Health Counseling, HIV testing, Counseling and Education, HIV Prevention (PrEP), HPV Vaccine, Pap Tests, Pregnancy Testing and Options Counseling, Smoking Cessation, STD testing and treatment. Planned Parenthood health centers support and welcome patients of all gender identities and sexual orientations, and offer care regardless of citizenship status.
