Call Center Hours: Monday, 8am-7pm Tuesday-Thursday, 8:30am-7pm Friday, 8:30am-5pm Saturday, 9am-1pm.

Provides appointments that do not require a medical exam. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork. Childcare services not provided. Please make childcare arrangements; only infants and toddlers in a car seat. Patients may qualify for a state program that can help pay for their health care. Planned Parenthood of Central & Western New York may be able to help clients enroll in a plan that works for them. Medicaid and most insurances accepted. Uninsured individuals may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale; for documents needed please contact the Health Center. The following forms of payment are also accepted: cash, checks, major credit/debit cards, and money orders. Fees for services are based on household income; bring proof of income. Payment is expected at time of service; payment plans are available for many services.
