Description
A nutrition program which educates individuals and families receiving public assistance, about eating healthy, saving money at the grocery store, teaching children to eat healthier, controlling weight safely and sensibly, preparing quick, easy, nutritious low-cost meals, and more. This program is offered in the fall and spring.
