Suffolk resident, females 16-24, pregnant/parenting. Access to all Emergency Housing for Homeless Persons Requires a Referral by a DSS office location/hotline operator. If you are ineligible for DSS services, please call Long Island Coalition for the Homeless at (631)464-4314.

Application process

Call the house to schedule an intake Residents in the two mother/baby homes can expect to receive case management, counseling, psychiatric services if needed, and ongoing parenting skills training in the home environment.
