Eligibility
The family is in crisis with at least 1 child at imminent risk (within 7 â10 days) of foster care placement, If the child at risk is out of the home, there must be a clear plan to return home within 7 days of referral date, At least 1 significant adult family member must be willing to cooperate with the Family Preservation counselor, The family must be willing to spend an average of 10 hours per week for 4 to 6 weeks with the Family Preservation counselor.
