Service area

Nassau County, NY

A residential home in Elmont for adults with persistent mental illness. Provides a 24 hour community residence that serves men and women 18-65 years of age, who suffer from mental illness. Services include daily living skills training, socialization skills, medication management, substance abuse prevention, assertiveness/self-advocacy training, case management, health services, and parenting education. Additional programs focus on community integration, vocational/educational skills development and rehabilitation counseling.
