Community services helpline with information on not-for-profit, government and educational agencies throughcall center, web-based services directory, email and web chat serviceMaintains the Tompkins/Cortland Services Directory online, publishes the "Community Services Guide of Tompkins County " and has information handouts for a variety of resources available in the community. 2-1-1/ I&R is now on Facebook and Twitter. 2-1-1/ I&R offers supportive services for organizations by: answering basic information calls pre-screening for program eligibility gathering survey dataCall Center personnel are available for presentations in the community on 2-1-1 services and community services in general.
