Works to achieve full recognition of the civil rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered and people with HIV or AIDS through impact litigation, education and public policy work. Pursues litigation in areas such as: housing, public accommodations, military, public policy, parenting and relationship issues, equal marriage rights, equal employment and domestic partnership benefits, and immigration issues.
