Sample course offerings include: Indoor Cycling; Strength And Conditioning; Volleyball; Barre; Crochet; Defensive Driving; Elder Law: Learn How To Protect Your Assets; Tai Chi; Wills, Trusts And Estates; Yoga; Learn Microsoft Office 365 & Office 2019; Latin Mix; Numerology; Painting Workshop; Rhythm Mix; Chair Yoga; Medicare Made Easy And Yogilates.
