Description
Offers a program for someone who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, or another degenerative illness. "Our Space" is a social model of adult day services established in 1987 for Nassau County residents over the age of 60 who are frail and memory impaired. Caregivers are provided with respite, education and support. All programs require an assessment to ensure proper placement. Volunteer opportunities are also available.
