Provides supports to people with developmental disabilities to develop or enhance the skills needed to live more independently in their homes or their community. Being a part of a community is an essential part of living a full life. Community habilitation gives people who have disabilities the skills they need to become a more active part of their community, build relationships with others and to simply, have fun.
