THE LONG ISLAND PARROT SOCIETY OF NEW YORK, INC.

Provides education and instruction on the proper care, handling and maintenance of psittaciformes, encourages companion bird and captive breeding programs, participates in adoption and veterinarian referrals, and bird conservation projects. Encourages research and educational programs about parrots. Meetings held the third Wednesday of the month at American Legion Post, 22 Grove Place, Babylon at 6:30pm. Call for additional information.
