Eligibility

Depends on current funding/programs.As of April 2025: Otsego County renters and homeowners who have a permanent disability and need accessibility modifications OR elderly (60+) homeowners who need health/safety repairs or accessibility modifications. Another program serving low-income homeowners of stick-built single-family homes will be starting soon. No other age restrictions.Income limits are generally 80% area median income. The senior program goes up to 100% AMI.
