Offers customized fitness programs as well as a variety of aerobic and strength-building classes. Individualized programs are designed by experienced instructors and fitness experts. Live Group Exercise Classes coupled with Fitness on Demand virtual classes make group exercise accessible during all hours of operation.
Serves as a Cooling Center for individuals during times of excessive heat. Always call ahead to make sure a Cooling Center is open before going there.
