Description

Transitional residential treatment program designed to facilitate movement to the resident's permanent housing choice. Some apartments are located at a main complex, where staffing offices are located for more intensive support and structure. Additional apartments are available throughout the Niagara Falls community for those needing less support. Double units are available on-site. Single and double units are available in community settings.
