Eligibility

People aged 60 and older who need help with everyday activities (such as dressing, bathing, personal care, shopping and cooking) to take care of themselves, who want to remain at home, and who are not eligible for Medicaid. Service Area: Chautauqua County.

Fees

Clients are required to share the cost of services based on income. These costs are determined by a sliding scale and range from no-cost to full-cost. Must not be on Medicaid.

Description

Home care services that keep older adults as safe and independent as possible in the community, and include non-medical in-home services such as housekeeping, personal care, case management, non-institutional respite, related services (such as emergency response systems), and other community services. Must not be on Medicaid to be eligible for this program.
