Provides a comprehensive early childhood developmental program for children from low income families. Serves pregnant mothers and families with infants, toddlers and preschoolers through home based and classroom based programming. Full time program. Also offers social services and nutrition, mental health, health and dental services. Parent training and parent involvement programs. Families must live in one of thirteen school districts: Comsewogue, Middle Country, Miller Place, Mt. Sinai, Port Jefferson, Rocky Point, Sachem, Sayville, Shoreham-Wading River, Three Village and parts of Connetquot, Longwood and Smithtown.
