Provides 24 hour supervised residential care for adults 21 and over with a primary diagnosis of intellectual disability. Clinical support provided for residents only by agency psychologists, social workers, recreation therapists, and nurses. All residents required to attend day programs 5 days a week. Addresses individuals requiring long term care. In-home services include psychological evaluations, nursing, case management, nutritional guidance, recreation and speech therapies.
