Assists with applications for SNAP, HEAP, and medical insurance (Medicaid & NYSOH Market Place). Independent Living Centers and Senior Services/Office of the Aging work together to help seniors, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities access services and programs through information and referral and person-centered options counseling.
