Provides a youth development program to engage youth to make healthy choices, complete high school, and aid in their potential to become competent, responsible, and caring individuals. Works in collaboration with other programs, to help those who have become teen parents to enhance their parenting skills and move toward economic self-sufficiency through counseling, case management and support groups.
