Description

Provides mental health care including: Mental health counseling Psychiatric care Substance use evaluation and treatment Treatment Adherence Counselors who can customize medication plans to fit each patient's lifestyle, provide follow-up visits and reminders via telephone, provide daily medication on site and home visits if necessary. Support groups for people living with HIV to share experiences in a supportive, confidential environment and learn how to manage more effectively.
