Homeowners, renters, and landlords can apply for a free or reduced cost comprehensive home energy assessment that will tell them where their building is losing the most energy. Community Energy Advisors can connect clients with low cost financing, rebates, and grants toward energy efficiency and weatherization upgrades. Possible measures include weather stripping, air sealing, insulation, customer education, and appliance upgrades. Upgrades do not include windows, roofs, or building repair.
