Supported Employment: ACCES-VR/CBVH/OMH eligibility for service, ages 21 and older.
Vocational Assessment Services: ACCES-VR/CBVH/DSS/Medicaid/Physicians/School referrals.
Driver's Rehabilitation: ACCES-VR eligibility, ages 16 and over.
Service Area: Chautauqua County.

Supported Employment: Services include pre-employment, placement, post-employment, case management, crisis intervention, and job coaching. Transportation may be available depending upon placement; not always available.
Vocational Assessment Services: Services include vocational evaluations, career counseling, pre-employment testing, and linkage.
Driver's Rehabilitation: Services include training, clinical evaluations, and vehicle modification evaluations, available for individuals with severe limitations.
