Description

One to one financial counseling for first-time homebuyers, including how much of a mortgage is affordable, understanding closing costs, resolving credit issues, and how to select a real estate agent, lawyer, mortgage lender and other professionals. Counselors will link prospective first time homebuyers with sources of down payment assistance. Workshops scheduled periodically at various locations throughout the county.
