Provides job readiness and placement for formerly incarcerated individuals who are homeless when they get out of prison and are motivated to work and get back into the main-stream, also aids in emergency and phased-permanent housing, coupled with some counseling.

Provides services to all who are at-risk for incarceration, those currently incarcerated or formerly incarcerated to help become positive, contributing members of society, and supports successful prisoner re-entry and promotes alternatives such as believing in the power of individuals to change, helping rebuild their lives through service programs shaped by the needs and experiences of the clients, and through education and advocacy that works to rectify unjust and brutal criminal justice policies.
