Nassau County residents ages 18 and older, must have SMI diagnosis, be able to travel by public transportation, be co-enrolled in a clinic program (ACT team, Article 31 clinic), can't be enrolled in a PROS program. Appointment required.

Offers a socialization and recovery program to Nassau County residents with severe mental illness, ages 18 and older. Provides opportunities in a "club house setting" for individuals to improve socialization skills, physical, emotional and spiritual health and decision making, reduce symptoms, maintain sobriety, and learn technology skills.
