Mobile, peer professional services that support recovery of individuals who have received psychiatric diagnoses. Services are tailored to individuals needs and interests and may include support to obtain housing, job placement, peer support, self-help groups, training and educational opportunities.

GREATER MENTAL HEALTH OF NEW YORK
A community based not-for-profit mental health agency that delivers a wide array of person-centered and recovery oriented services, professional and community education and advocacy. Services include licensed out-patient clinics, housing, vocational support, ACT team, Northern Westchester Recovery Network, Westchester Recovery Network, Family Support, Sterling Community Center, and OnTrackNY (for young adults in the first year of psychosis). Services are available for all ages and are offered on-site at OMH licensed clinics as well as in home and community settings.
