Support services are provided to tenants in budgeting, money management, mortgage delinquency/default, pre-purchase, Default Homebuyer Education Workshops, Second Chance Program, Housing Rehabilitation Program, rental assistance counseling, FAN Program, Senior Program, Quality of Life Program, utility assistance when available and anger management.
